All your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms, complimentary coffee, snacks and water, and individualized care.

Our office has two convenient locations in Florham Park and Parsippany New Jersey. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

Jillian Esposito, LCSW, CCS

I’m Jillian Esposito, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) owner and clinical director of Roque Mental Health Counseling.
I started my career working with teens and their families with a focus on DV and Trauma. Currently I work primarily with teens and adults and have been in the field for 15 years. I am a certified TF-CBT clinician, trained in EMDR, and I am trauma informed. I offer in office as well as virtual sessions and accept BCBS and Aetna insurance.
I work with individuals, families, couples (Gottman Method), and I offer clinical supervision. I am a strength based, family systems, and relationship based clinician.

MaryKate Palomino, LCSW, CCS
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in the field.
I work primarily with adults and specialize in anxiety disorders and grief. I started my career in hospital settings and providing caregiver support. I offer in person in our Florham Park office and virtual sessions and I accept BCBS, and Aetna insurance.
I work with individuals and aim to create a safe environment. I believe in a strength based approach and utilize CBT in sessions.

Jessica Freidhoff, LSW
I am a licensed social worker with over 13 years of experience working with children (birth through teens) & their families. I specialize in working with children who present with behavioral or social-emotional difficulties, developmental concerns, and school related issues.
Therapeutically, I believe in a strength-based, family-systems approach; focusing to foster the strengths of the individual.
I offer in person and virtual sessions in our Parsippany office.
I accept BCBS and Aetna insurance.

Chelsea Holler, LAC, PMH-C
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and trained in EMDR therapy. I work with individuals ages 16 and up who are navigating some of life’s most challenging moments, including trauma, domestic and sexual violence, perinatal and postnatal challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending a variety of therapeutic modalities through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens in order to meet the unique needs of every person’s story. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout your healing journey!
I offer both in person and virtual sessions out of the Parsippany office; I accept BCBS and Aetna.

Brandon Dill, LSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran with a strong background in PTSD, trauma, and addictions. Drawing from two deployments to Iraq, I understand the unique pressures faced by those who serve and protect others, as well as the critical importance of discretion and confidentiality given the sensitive and high-stakes nature of a first responder's job.
I specialize in assisting individuals coping with complex issues that impact their emotional balance and overall well-being. My expertise includes working with veterans, and first responders, trauma, substance use, mood disorders. I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, and DBT, to help process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and rebuild trust in themselves.I accept both BCBS and Aetna.

Christine Dernbach-Bitler, LSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who has been practicing as a clinical professional in diverse settings and roles for over 20 years. I have broad experience in working with the full spectrum of trauma informed care as well as depressive and anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders in pediatric and adolescent populations with neurodiversity, complicated bereavement including grief and loss associated with relational, functional, and life-stage adjustment with a focus on attachment and family systems intervention frameworks.
I also provide couples therapy, specifically Emotionally Focused Therapy, (EFT), an evidence based intervention model based on the research of world renowned psychologist and author Dr.Sue Johnson. I accept BCBS and Aetna.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and New York University master of social work graduate with a passion for empowering teens, I bring a wealth of experience to our practice. Specializing in working with adolescents with ADHD and autism, I utilize evidence-based techniques that highlight strengths, motivate, and foster self-empowerment.
My approach emphasizes the power of connection and warmth, collaboration, resilience-building, and tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and embark on a journey of growth and self-discovery.

I am on the business side of Roque Counseling, dealing with all of the day to day operations. I formerly worked as a Store Manager at Village Supermarkets for 26 years. At the start of 2024, my wife and I decided to join forces. This partnership has allowed us to employ and reach more people than ever before. I feel blessed every day to have gotten this opportunity. Shannon Piazza, LSW
Hi, I’m Shannon Piazza, a licensed social worker (LSW) currently pursuing my license in clinical social work (LCSW). I work primarily with adolescents and young adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions and relational challenges.
I have experience from various therapeutic settings including outpatient, school-based care, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs, as well as my own self-love and healing journey.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and person-centered, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT and trauma-informed care.
I am in-network with BCBS and Aetna.

My name is Krista SanGiacomo, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have experience working with children as young as 4, struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, ADHD, and peer related issues. I also have experience working with adults navigating parenthood and life changes. I am passionate about creating a safe space for all, and working together to create positive change.
My personal philosophy and approach are multimodal and holistic. I integrate different techniques based on each individual’s needs, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered and Play Therapy. I accept BCBS and Aetna.

Ashley Banks, LAC
My name is Ashley and I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor, prior to working as a therapist, I worked in an elementary school where I obtained experience counseling children and working with their families for issues related to emotional dysregulation, ADHD, family trauma and divorce.
I currently see clients spanning from children, teens, families and adults. For all ages, I specialize in emotional regulation and treating mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. My primary approaches include ACT for the healthy processing of emotions, IFS for the healing of inner wounds and traumas and CBT for restructuring healthier thought patterns that aide us in everyday life. Hi, I’m Nicki, I’m currently working toward my Advanced Standing Master’s in Social Work at Ramapo College while interning here at Roque Counseling. Becoming a social worker has been a dream of mine because I genuinely care about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.
If you’ve ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or like no one understands what you’re going through, you’re not alone. I believe in meeting clients where they are, offering compassion without judgment, and creating a space where you can feel safe to open up. Life can get stressful and messy, but I’m here to walk alongside you as you begin your healing journey.
Outside of my studies, I love spending time outdoors and with my dog, who always reminds me to slow down and enjoy the little things. I bring that same sense of presence and care into my work with clients.
